Still no job.  Waiting to hear from a British Indian company but nothing yet.  Starting my own company (as you may have guessed) doing performance management.

 

Kids are growing like weeds. (See pics)  Anita is doing great, waiting for me to get a “real” job and get out of the house again… ;-)
