at workers performing the tasks. Ask them
what they do, why they do it and how they do it. Find
out what prevents them from doing their best. Below

Develop a
list of possible causes and eliminate them one-by-one with the help of expert workers. Basically looking at the four areas, Motivation,
Skill, Ability and Environment. Note that
