1. The screen has World Class sales pinned on top as a heading. All Participants list their own Visions/Goals with the Sales Process on Yellow Post Its. They put them up on the screen.
The participants are asked to sort/group them based on similar or same results. Look for Definitions for Services and Products. (Solutions?)
The participants are asked to name the groups. Write the Headings with fat text on Yellow Post Its.

2. Break for the participants. The facilitator arranges the Headings along a fishbone which leads to the end result, World Class Sales. (Success rate of x%)
The facilitator also arranges the participants individual contributions along the fishbone where they belong.
