Communication Plan

Below is an example of a communication plan.  Important issues are Who do you need to communicate with, and What do you want them to do as a result of your communication.  Starting with the desired action by the target group is an excellent way to build the communication plan.

Finally Remember the selling approach

  1. Show them the desired state that you will achieve.

  2. Paint the worst-case scenario if they don’t do this.

  3. Explain why this idea can save them.

  4. Go through the details of your plan.

  5. Prompt your audience to take action.
